Company, Inc. is located in the historic town of
Franklin, PA, about 60 miles south of Erie, PA.
1965:
Jack C.
Smith and his wife Audrey started J & A Tool
Company
in their garage.
1968: Moved out of
the garage and into a newly constructed 2400 sq. ft.
facility.
1979: Expanded
facilities by constructing 4800 sq. ft.
addition.
1980: Purchase of
first CNC milling machine.
1987: Purchase of
first CNC lathe.
1991: Lee Smith,
Jack's son, buys the company from Jack.
2004: Purchase of
first CNC EDM.
Today: Still family
owned and operated by Lee, J & A Tool continues to
strive for excellence in precision and providing cost
effective solutions for our customers. |
